Scheduling & Visits
What should I expect on the free call?
The call can be carried out via phone or in person but more commonly we use video conferencing software and it’s an opportunity to discuss your personal health goals with us. This is in order for you and our team to identify if you are a good candidate for our services.
Should I prepare anything prior to my call?
We ask that you email any pertinent medical records, supplements, medication and lab test results to us 48 hours prior. If you are not the financial decision maker, we ask that you invite your significant other to join you on the call.
How long should I expect the call to last?
Expect the call to last for 20 minutes. If you are a good candidate for our care we will go over the paperwork to get you started. This will be an additional 5 minutes. We value your time and do our best to provide a timely service.
Do you work remotely?
Currently we’re focused on patients who can attend the clinic in person for at least the first initial consultation.
Who can benefit from the Ancestral Health service?
This package is for people who know they deserve to feel better. You need to be motivated, engaged and willing to take the steps necessary to get the most out of the package..
Can I email the Ancestral Health team with questions?
Yes, we would like you to keep us updated with your progress and ask any questions/concerns you have to make it as easy as possible for you to stay consistent and committed to your case
How much should I budget for lab testing?
By becoming a partner you have access to direct pricing for labs, which ensures you invest the lowest price possible. On average, you should budget between £400 – £1,200.
How does the lab testing work?
The lab testing is typically done at home with the exception of blood work which will require a blood draw. We will direct you to a lab that coordinates that for you. Many of the tests have shipping included in the cost of the kits. You will get detailed instructions on how to perform the tests. The investment is made prior to shipping out the test kits.
My doctor never shares my lab results with me – will I have access to them?
Yes, we want to make sure that you fully understand your lab results and that you can easily share them with your healthcare team if necessary. One of our team will produce a video detailing the findings of each lab test for you to watch and re-watch. We believe that an informed partner gets much better long-term outcomes and becomes an active participant in their health and wellness.
Do I still need a doctor?
Yes, we do not provide acute care services and we do not replace the services that your current medical team provides. We provide a stand-alone service.
What forms of investment do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, PayPal and major credit/debit cards.
